5000 Marina Boulevard

Plant modified the interior of four floors in this 60,000 SF building including adding new restrooms and showers, a new lobby, design-build MEP, and full tenant improvement build-out for the bio-medical company Ultragenix. The exterior work consisted of replacement of Vista wall facade panels with glazing to open up views to San Francisco and the Bay. A new exterior canopy and entry ramps, landscaping and building signage, and exterior paint were also added.
