Now more than ever, affordable housing plays a critical role in the Bay Area and beyond. To meet this growing demand, Plant provides well-managed, sustainable homes that nurture the individual wellness, self-sufficiency, and collective power for at-need communities.

We often work with nonprofit entities to offer them budgetary options and to get affordable housing projects expedited, and have close relationships with local authorities to do so. Our work includes adaptive re-use of empty or low-occupancy buildings, multi-family residences, hotel, motels, and more.
