7000 Marina Boulevard

This 140,000 SF project was completed as part of an overall office campus renovation and given a modern facelift to replace major portions of the outdated, 1980’s facade. New landscaping and ramps lead up to the new canopy and lobby entrances opening up to reveal the new reception area with an origami ceiling and greenwall. The base building work included major upgrades to the five-story atrium with the addition of Nanadoors leading to a new exterior balcony, as well as ADA restroom enhancements.
