Treasure Island

Plant is providing construction management services, geotechnical and causeway infrastructure improvements, and upgrades and seismic retrofitting to the historic Administration Building on Treasure Island. The scope includes a detailed analysis and suggested improvements for contractors’ schedules; logistical coordination and liaison between all contractors on site; coordination of utility providers (AT&T, Comcast, Verizon, PG&E); inspection management, including requests, logs, and reports; review and processing of submittals, RFIs, change orders, and payments; monitoring and signing off on all T&M work; and, coordination of construction activities with the Treasure Island Development Authority (TIDA) and neighboring Coast Guard facilities.
