The SF Market

Located in the Bayview neighborhood of San Francisco, this facility will be an industry-leading produce and food-handling facility. The construction scope entails building a new, 67,000 SF, single-story warehouse/distribution center. Plant’s team will deliver the building in a core and shell condition ready for future tenant improvements. The building will be concrete slab-on-grade with a combination of concrete tilt-up and insulated metal panel enclosure. Extensive on-site work will be performed as well as limited off-site street right-of-way improvements. The project is designed and will be built to achieve LEED Gold certification.
