The Gateway Vista East

Plant completed the voluntary seismic retrofit of this 22-story residential building in downtown San Francisco. The work included six levels of concrete and FRP structural improvements that requires demolition and build back of existing finishes. All work, including self-perform concrete reinforcement of transfer beams and the entry archway as well as soft demolition, was completed while the building remained occupied.
