Scott Eastman has joined the Plant family as a Construction Manager! He spent the last 24 years working for the nation’s largest general builder progressing through project management and business development roles, ultimately as a Vice President overseeing their Bay Area operations. Having been involved in a diverse background of project and assignments, he has developed a passion for creating and mentoring high performing teams to achieve their full potential. Scott stated, “the construction industry is such a dynamic environment where we are constantly prototyping, and with all the tangible benefits that come with this type of work, one of the most impactful and fulfilling aspects of our industry is to enable teams to bond and flourish together.”
Scott holds an MBA from the University of Surrey and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Chico State University.
