We are excited to announce that the Plant + Architectural Resources Group progressive design-build team has been awarded the contract for the renovation of 13 buildings at the Dublin Civic Center and Heritage Site in City of Dublin, CA. The project includes repairs at the city’s Civic Center, Fire Stations 16, 17, and 18, Clock Tower, Heritage Museum and Murray Schoolhouse, Kolb House, Little Kolb House Restrooms, Sunday School Barn, Senior Center, Saint Raymond Church, The Wave Waterpark and Aquatic Center, and Dublin Library.
The scope of work involves repairs to building envelopes including replacing sealants and backer rods at CMU and stone veneers, metal panels, stone parapet caps, minor stucco repairs, fiber cement siding replacement, painting and sealing, refurbishing existing storefronts systems and glazing, installation of new storefronts, roofing replacement, and gutter and fascia repairs. Historic buildings include new roofing and adding new period correct gutters, window, door, and shutter repairs, trim and siding repairs, painting, replacing wood decks, walkways, ramps, and stairs.
Construction begins early next month and is set for completion in October of 2026.
