Overview

Plant has experience executing projects for both public and private entities through alternate delivery methods such as design-build, lease-leaseback, CM at-Risk, and public-private partnerships. We find that the design-build delivery method provides for a unique collaboration between our team and the owner, and designer, who together form a partnership committed to design efficiency and project delivery.

Our experience includes new academic facilities, office buildings, and governmental construction, as well as a variety of large-scale renovations.
