Plant is completing the seismic upgrade, complete gut, and rebuild of the existing MEP and finishes for 9,150-square-foot, two-story above-grade and one-story below-grade student housing building that is just a few blocks away from UC Berkeley. The team will transform the 13-unit, eclectic wood structure into the modern age while preserving the historic-looking brick facade.
