300 Lakeside

300 Lakeside, known as the Kaiser Center, is a 28-story, 792,000 SF high-rise commercial office and retail building with three basement levels. The building stands alone but is part of a 7.2-acre city block which includes a five-level, 1,405-stall parking garage with a rooftop garden, and a 128,872 SF, mixed-use office and retail building known as “The Mall”. The proposed project includes base building work, landlord’s work, tenant improvement work, and seismic work. Plant self-performed lead abatement on all 28 floors, as well as hard and soft demolition, structural concrete, and site work concrete including bollards.
