Blend Labs at 500 Pine Street

Plant completed this four-floor tenant improvement project for Blend Labs at the newly constructed office building at 500 Pine Street. Work included a combination of open spaces, conference, focus, phone, and game rooms. The common spaces include coffee bars on each floor, as well as reception. The focal point of the work is the combined architectural stair/stadium seating connecting the floors three and four, which Plant enabled by shoring the adjacent slab and creating a new opening in the existing, post-tensioned slab for the new stair.
