Plant undertook the construction of a new, 140,000 SF laboratory building and parking garage later occupied by the German drug and research company, Bayer. The structure of the three-story building and basement is concrete, except for the top floor, which is structural steel.  The project was located in close proximity to other active laboratory buildings on Bayer’s main campus, so the team worked closely with the owner and staff to ensure that the construction work did not affect neighboring labs.
