Cottle & Lester Historic Ranch

Plant is performing the renovation of the Cottle and Lester Historic Ranch. Part of the original Rancho Santa Teresa Mexican Land Grant, the property was purchased by Edward Cottle in 1864 and remained in his family for several generations.

The team will provide repairs and stabilization to the Cottle House, Japanese House, pumphouse, water tower, and water tank. Once finished, the work will preserve the historic structures and create new amenities and upgrades to improve the visitor experience at Martial Cottle Park.
