In Situ Restaurant at SFMOMA
Plant built out this new, acclaimed restaurant embedded prominently at the original streetfront within the redesigned SFMOMA. It features exposed concrete floors, a sculptured wood ceiling canopy over fabric, and art covered walls – some of which have glass panels looking out into the museum’s five-story atrium. Operated by San Francisco’s 3-Michelin-star chef and his team, In Situ has a 3,000 SF, world-class kitchen, facing out on a 150-seat dining space supporting both walk-ins and reserved tables.
