The Gateway Vista West

Plant is performing the voluntary structural upgrade for the 22-story Gateway Vista West (Phase 2). Our team, which also turned over similar work on The Gateway Vista East housing complex in San Francisco’s North Waterfront neighborhood, will perform concrete and fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) improvements, selective demolition, and build back of existing finishes.
