UOP Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry

Conversion of the former Wells Fargo Data Center in downtown San Francisco into the new Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. The dental school occupies approximately 225,000 SF of the building and features interactive classrooms, clinical examination floors, and offices. The remainder of the building is being leased to outside tenants.

The construction scope involved replacement of the exterior cladding with new high-performance glazing; reconfiguration of the building entry to make it more visible and inviting to pedestrian traffic; installation of escalators between the first and second floors to bring dental patients to the clinical floors; all new MEPFS systems; and state-of-the-art dental equipment for research, teaching, and training. The project achieved LEED Gold certification.
