Yerba Buena Island Amenities Building

Plant is performing design-build services for a new, three-story concrete and steel construction building using aluminum window walls, metal panels, and plaster for the exterior skin. It will have a spa-like feel with locker rooms, two saunas, a lap pool, fitness center, lounge room, game room, and dining room for special events.
