Swirl Headquarters

Plant provided tenant improvements to multiple floors of the Presidio Park’s historical Building 101 to house the marketing agency Swirl. Work included build out of MEPFS systems and modifications to the base building central plant to allow for multiple tenant energy efficiencies. Special care was taken to remove as little of the existing historic fabric as possible while complementing the spaces with open floor plans and environmentally conscious finish materials. The project received LEED Gold certification.
