Casa Esperanza

In 2022, Plant was hired to renovate Casa Esperanza (formerly Hotel Eula). The scope of work included electrical enhancements, interior cabinetry and equipment installation for 23 units, interior finish patching for electrical access, and ADA compliance upgrades at the ground level entry.

Plant was also hired for the second phase, which include upgrades to the ground through the basement levels, including the stairway, interior and exterior finishes, mechanical, lighting, electrical/fire alarm, and sprinkler systems.
