We are excited to announce that Cain International has awarded Plant the contract for the The Beverly Hilton Public Spaces Renovation as part of the 17.5-acre One Beverly Hills development. The design team consists of master planner Foster + Partners, architect of record Adamson Associates Architects, and interior designer David Collins Studio. Other key stakeholders and design and trade partners include Oasis West Realty, LLC, Saiful Bouquet Structural Engineers, Glumac, Jensen Hughes, KGM Architectural Lighting, Ricca Design Studios, Allegion, Salter, Simpson Gumpertz & Heger, and Encore Design Services.
Upgrades to the iconic hotel include the reception and concierge areas, lobby, dining space, retail space, event lounge and arcade, International Ballroom, Beverly Ballroom, Wilshire Ballroom, restrooms, new stairs and back-of-house rooms, pre-function space, and meeting rooms. All work is taking place while the building remains occupied.
Plant’s project team has already successfully completed work in the team dining areas, which finished on time prior to the Milken 2025 Conference. The fast-track, phased schedule for the remainder of the scope is slated for completion in Q1 of 2028.
