Plant’s restoration of the St. Ignatius Church has received two prestigious awards: the California Preservation Foundation’s Preservation Design Award, as well as Oracle Textura’s Project of the Year.
The CPF award is a statewide hallmark, showcasing the best in historic preservation. Alongside Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc., Beth Morris, an engaged owner and stakeholder group, and dedicated design and trade partners, we were able to provide much-needed rehabilitation to a 110-year-old community icon.
Additionally, Oracle Textura Payment Management played a pivotal role in streamlining the payment process on the project, reducing manual efforts, and expediting subcontractor payments. This led to a 50% faster payment application process, improved productivity, and reduced costs.
Congratulations to Don Libbey and his team!
