Kelly started her career in construction over 16 years ago in Baltimore, Maryland working on historic K-12 renovations and new higher education work, where she developed her skills in 3-D MEP coordination, creating sustainable building life cycle solutions and tracking LEED certification, and complex building commissioning. Her role in adopting new construction technology and management systems transitioned to her move to Plant in 2012 as a Project Manager.

 

During her time at Plant, she has worked on landmark projects such as the 140 New Montgomery renovation and seismic upgrade, adaptive re-use and historic renovation of the University of California Printing Plant into the Berkeley Art Museum and Pacific Film Archive, the new, mixed-use City Center Bishop Ranch development, and various infrastructure and housing projects for the development of both Yerba Buena and Treasure Island.

 

Kelly assists on various philanthropic efforts throughout the Bay Area, and is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Sierra Service Project, a nonprofit home repair organization.
