Kevin Dugan LEED AP BD+C
Kevin has been in the construction industry for over 30 years and has a wealth of experience in historical renovations, healthcare (OSHPD), higher education, science labs, high-rise residential, and K-12 schools. He successfully led from preconstruction through closeout such deliveries as the Transbay Bay 6 high-rise apartments, Kaiser Oakland and Vallejo Medical Center, Asian Art Museum in San Francisco, and several UC Berkeley campus projects. Kevin is currently working engaged in several deliveries on Treasure Island and Yerba Buena Island.
Born and raised in New England, Kevin went to school at Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston to study Architecture. After graduating, he moved to St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands to work on building environmentally friendly homes made from farmed hardwood timbers.
