Presidio Knolls School U Building
The Presidio Knolls School U-Building is a three-story, U-shaped building located in the middle of an occupied K-8 school. The scope included the demolition of existing buildings, portable classrooms, site utilities, administration building, a central courtyard serving entry, and a play area. Off-site work included new utility infrastructure for water, waste, storm, and electrical with replacement of the sidewalk, parking strip, and asphalt at 10th Street.
