3300 Mission Street

Plant is providing CM services for this six-story, multifamily, mixed-use facility comprised of 35 residential units. The 21,800 SF building will include a first-floor property management office, residential community space, and neighborhood-serving commercial/retail on the ground floor. The redevelopment will preserve the existing three-story facade and will connect with the eventual six-story structure; the unsalvageable portion of the structure will be demolished.
