400 Post Street

This classic four-story, mixed-use building required extensive renovation to prepare for multiple new tenants. The renovation included seismic bracing, structural alterations, MEPFS systems, a new ground floor facade, and repairs to the above-ground enclosure. Plant also successfully completed tenant improvements for Disney and a book store.
