Plant served as the construction manager for this new, mixed-use development on 110 acres of the former Myrtle Beach Air Force Base. This urban village is a beautifully designed, pedestrian-friendly lifestyle center that combines retail, residential, hotel, and recreational uses. In addition to managing construction of 839,000 sq SFof retail, residential and office space, Plant managed multiple prime contractors across construction of all infrastructure improvements. These included parking lots and garages, roads, storm drain systems, sewer and water systems, site lighting, landscaping, and all dry utilities.
