Bay Street Emeryville
Plant performed renovations to the outdoor mall at Bay Street Emeryville. The work included replacing tenant storefronts, a new windscreen system at the north staircase, lighting upgrades, renovation of existing portals, landscaping improvements, and restrooms. The mall remained operational throughout construction.
