Cork Factory Lofts

The Armstrong Cork Factory comprised three historic brick buildings constructed in 1901. Plant undertook a conversion of the 450,000 SF space that retained original elements and details along with restoring the red brick facade, historic silo, and engine room. Construction created 295 loft apartments with amenities including a fitness center, business center, and conference room. The team additionally built a new, 190,000 SF parking and retail structure adjacent to the historic residential building.
