Georgetown Center

Georgetown Center is a historic brick and concrete structure built originally as an automobile dealership in 1919. The building required a full renovation and restoration in addition to new construction in order to create an upscale retail space in keeping with the neighborhood development. The project is located in a designated historic landmark district and, as such, was required to comply with the strict and detailed requirements of both the Department of the Interior and Georgetown’s city authorities.
