Hotel Eula

In 2022, Plant was hired to renovate Hotel Eula. The scope of work included electrical enhancements, interior cabinetry and equipment installation for 23 units, interior finish patching for electrical access, and ADA compliance upgrades at the ground level entry.

Plant was also hired for the second phase set for completion in 2023. Upgrades will be made to the ground through the basement levels with improvements made to the stairway, interior and exterior finishes, mechanical, lighting, electrical/fire alarm, and sprinkler systems.
