Pier 70 – Building 14

Plant performed a full-scale renovation of this historic warehouse’s interior and exterior, as well as a new mezzanine and seismic bracing. The interior improvements included new restrooms, kitchen and office spaces, as well as a light industrial workshop for a digital production company.
