Santa Barbara Courthouse

In this three-phased delivery, Plant performed extensive roof rehabilitation and exterior repairs to the historic Santa Barbara courthouse. The scope of work included roofing and waterproofing/drainage rehabilitation; concrete roof deck and balcony repair; skylight and wood window repair; and painting, all while retaining the character of the Spanish Colonial Revival building originally built in 1929. Construction is being completed while the building remains active and occupied.
