Santa Clara Towers

Plant provided demolition and development for new Tower 1 & 2 lobbies, a fitness center, and exterior upgrade. The new work consisted of approximately 4,000 SF of Tower 1 lobby space and 5,400 SF of Tower 2 lobby space.

The construction in both these towers included new interior partitions, floor and ceiling finishes, light fixtures, MEP systems, reception desk, a new living green wall, and a lobby cafe. The 7,400 SF of the lower level fitness center space also consisted of new interior partitions, floor and ceiling finishes, rework of the existing ductwork distribution, and a reception desk.

The project achieved LEED Gold certification.
