UC Berkeley Emeryville Optometry Clinic

Plant is providing tenant improvements for this UC Berkeley-owned, off-campus property known as The Intersection. Originally an automotive showroom and repair facility, it is now an optometry outpatient clinic, sports and vision therapy, retail eyewear center, and academic center. The scope of work includes selective demolition, structural improvements including build-out of the full second floor, all-new MEP systems, and full interior build-out of program spaces. Site improvements are also anticipated, included an upgraded electric and new water services. The project is designed and will be built to achieve LEED Gold certification.
