USF Masonic East

Plant is performing the revitalization and renovation of a former blood research and collection facility for the University of San Francisco. Originally constructed in 1954, the two-story, 80,000 SF facility will receive much-needed upgrades to the building envelope, MEP systems, and safety and related equipment. The finished building will feature new classrooms, labs, seminar space, and offices, as well as associated site improvements.
