Mathew Guerrero

For over two decades, Mat has worked with owners, general contractors, and project teams on small- to mega-sized projects and as a corporate Safety Director managing Health, Safety, and Environmental programs. Having started his career as a carpenter and working his way up, he understands the interdisciplinary relationship of each trade, and works with dynamic teams to mitigate risks and provide smart solutions. Stressing a culture of continuous improvement, Mat enables field staff to succeed through training and development, motivation, and supportive oversight on each Plant job sites.

Mat is an active participant in several affiliations, boards, and committees, and helps define best practices within the industry.
