New construction of a five-story, 28,000 SF building that comprises nine luxury condominium units and retail space nestled between the financial and North Beach districts of San Francisco. The project involved careful scheduling and management in a tight urban setting and delivered large, open floorplans, gourmet kitchens, expansive balconies, and secured parking.
