Lick-Wilmerding High School
The construction of a new Technology & Design Center underscored this independent high school’s commitment to quality and innovation by integrating a number of sustainable design elements, including the building’s siting strategy and use of natural ventilation, recycled materials, and a photovoltaic power system. Work included new construction of state-of-the-art wood, metal, and glass shops as well as classrooms, conference rooms, a new kitchen/cafeteria, and a new music space.
