Presidio Theatre
Historic rehabilitation of the Presidio Theatre, originally built in 1938, with seismic retrofitting, underpinning, and excavation to create new, below-grade dressing rooms and new lobby, courtyard, and green room. The project achieved LEED Silver certification.
