The Plaza

Plant is providing design-build services for the renovation of The Plaza in El Segundo, California. The scope of work in Phase 1 includes upgrades to the lobbies, refurbishment of the elevators, re-landscaping of the courtyard, window repairs, and enhancement to parking garage aesthetics. Phase 2 includes the creation of a conference center, including a 125-person assembly space, offices, and a rooftop recreation deck.
