Phillip Aguilar Associate AIA, DBIA Associate

Phil, a registered architect, has nearly 30 years of design and construction experience. Prior to joining Plant in 1999 as an Assistant Project Manager, he was a designer for a local firm with an emphasis on affordable and special user housing. With a wealth of experience in design and MEP coordination, he brings a talent for realizing the architectural intent and functionality of the building systems to each of his projects. While Phil has delivered commercial office, high-rise residential projects, higher education, and historic renovation project, his passion is working collaboratively with K-12 and affordable housing clients to guide them through the intricacies of delivering highly functional, usable space within a limited budget.
