San Francisco School
Construction of a 14,000 SF community center in the heart of an active school campus to provide much-needed space for school activities. The new, three-level facility includes a gym, classrooms, administration offices, and an elevated outdoor terrace at the upper floor. The project was completed in phases with partial demolition and reconfiguration of the existing school buildings occurring during the first summer. Construction of the new building proceeded with the start of the school year and the return of student traffic on this tight campus. Plant managed the site safely with no injuries or incidents during the entire nine-month project, and unveiled the new community center on schedule in time to host graduation.
