Handlery Hotel

Plant will restore the seven-floor north facade of the historic Handlery Union Square Hotel, located on Geary Street in downtown San Francisco. Plant is repairing/replacing cornices; concrete, limestone, and sheet metal facades; masonry; wood windows; sealants; copings; signs; and, fire escapes. The 377-room hotel, originally built in 1908, will stay occupied while construction is underway.
