Hotel Palomar

Hotel Palomar is a 200-room luxury boutique hotel on the fifth through tenth floors of the Pacific Place building in the heart of San Francisco. It features a ground floor entry lobby connected to guestroom floors by two high-speed elevators, an elegant reception lobby, and signature restaurant, The Fifth Floor. The building required new air conditioning systems for each room and all public areas as well as complex life safety and smoke removal systems. Construction of the new hotel required extensive coordination with the base building renovation and owner-purchased fixtures, furniture, and equipment vendors.
