Margaritaville Lake Tahoe

Plant performed the remodel to the public areas of this 399-key hotel. The work included development of additional food and beverage space (three restaurants, two bars, and a kitchen); remodeling of the lobby; porte cochere and hotel entrance; conversion of the central atrium into a restaurant; renovation of the pool and adjacent areas; upgrade of the existing ballroom and pre-function areas; and, updates to meeting rooms. MEPFS upgrades were also made.
