Renovation and conversion of existing warehouse into a private art gallery and collection storage space. Work included partial structural upgrades and interior construction. Because this structure is located on a waterfront pier, it presented unique challenges, including preventing debris from falling into the Bay, and performing some work from boats beneath the structure.
