Pier 70 – Phase I Horizontal and Public Realm

The work for Pier 70 Horizontal Improvements Phase I included: excavation and grading; utility work; streets and sidewalks; three large parks; and the shoreline work for this roughly 35-acre site. The site is the historic Bethlehem Steel shipyard and is located on the Southeastern waterfront of the City, just below Mission Bay. Over the three phases of work, Plant created the building pads for 17 new buildings, both office and residential, and self-performed all shoring.
