Hyatt Regency SOMA

At the Hyatt Regency Downtown San Francisco SOMA, Plant provided renovations of the existing lobby and storefront, including a new revolving door with updated lighting and finishes at the exterior porte-cochere. Lobby level renovations included new finishes and lighting throughout, a modified bar, bar lounge, buffet, and game space with the addition of Regency Club lounge for Hyatt Regency members. Revisions to existing restaurant for indoor and outdoor dining. Revisions to the existing gift shop included a new coffee bar with grab-and-go food/drink service.
Second and third floor conference rooms and ballroom renovations include new finishes and lighting throughout. Also made were modifications to existing public restrooms for ADA accessibility on the first three levels.
